    I ordered a thin crust pizza today. Upon pickup, the pizza was a custom pizza, regular crust, not a custom pizza thin crust.

    I called the store and complained. The manager fixed the problem and gave me a thin crust custom pizza quickly, nor extra charge. She and the clerk who took the order were very professional in fixing the error.

    I have been their customer for years and I will return due to the good customer service.

    The online ordering experience is so good here. The website isn't the best. But beyond that, the food gets prepared very quickly, and their little machine where you pick up the pizzas is really neat and so easy to use. The QR code scans almost immediately, and I'm frequently in and out of the actual store in under 30 seconds. Since I never really ordered specialty pizzas from other places, this place caters to my needs very well. I really wish they had a grilled chicken topping option, though!
