LongHorn Steakhouse

I eat here fairly frequently as my previous apartment had poor venting in the kitchen making grilling and frying a little smoky. The steaks are very good, never had an off one. The sides are as expected, steamed brocolli, baked potato and sweet potato being my favorites. Pricing is fair and the drinks are also a decent value. And the service, even on busy nights is friendly and knowledgeable.

The food was good. The white cheddar mushrooms are a must have. In spite of how busy they were the service was still top notch. No waiting for drink refilled, orders came out quickly and well prepared. Was a wonderful experience for celebrating a good friends birthday.

I always LOVE my meals at Longhorns. They know how to do a steak. They also offer great sides, not just the usual old items, like baked potatoes, fries and corn. Longhorns has a great offering of various cuts and sizes of steaks to fit all palates and appetites. They also have a very nice variety of entrees that are not steak for others in your group who are not necessarily into red meat.
I would like to take time right now to take the time to point out our waitress during our visit tonight. My husband, son and myself went to the Longhorn on Oracle in Tucson 2/13/20 at around 5:20pm. Our waitress was Alexa. She was AWESOME. She was attentive but not overly. We were able to have great conversation without constant interruption. Our drinks were always filled without having to ask. She was very much on point. Alexa is definitely a wonderful asset to your restaurant

First words out of our servers mouth were "we season our steaks". Finally a steak house that knows how to use at least salt and pepper. She was not kidding, this was the most tender well season steak I have eaten in any steak house in Tucson. Baked potatoes were perfection and the chocolate cake for dessert was almost to much. Well done Longhorn Steak House!
