We visited on a Sunday and were told that there was going to be a 10 to 20 minutes wait. 45 minutes later, we were shown to our table where our waitress took our drink orders. We sure were glad we had taken the time out to go over a menu during our short wait because we put in our entire order at once. That was almost the last time we saw our waitress. When someone brought out the salad to us, they started to walk away and I had to get their attention to let them know that I needed silverware to eat it with. She came back with 1 set for our party of 4.
After that, Alex was the person that brought out our food and made sure we had everything we needed. Our waitress made a cameo to inquire if we had everything we needed and walked away only to show up when we asked Alex if we could get our bill.
Alex was very attentive and helpful. Not sure what his role at the establishment is, but he definitely needs to have more interactions with the customers. If it wasn't for him, I would have given the place an even lower rating.

Excellent service and staff. Adequate pricing and great food. The views are unbeatable for a restaurant in Tucson and I will definitely visit again

McGraws is an excellent restaurant. The salad dressings are made from scratch. The make excellent onion rings and sweet potato fries. In addition the ribs are delicious. We love everything we had here so far.

The food is good. If the weather is nice sit out on the patio. Great views of the Santa Rita's!!

The food here is good! The fish & chips were excellent, steak was cooked perfectly. The fries aren't anything special or unique but the fish melted in my mouth. Excellently cooked! I'll definitely be returning for fish & chips. Only real complaint was that coleslaw was a little dry, and that's very minor. I'd highly recommend trying out McGraws. Cozy little place with a good view from the outside seating! Especially at night.
