Opa's Best Greek American Cuisine

Food is great. Service is inconsistent ..I take back my good review on the good service there that I posted before and just changed it now..and the 5 star rating..I had such a great experience first time I was there..the day time staff is great! ..which is why I went out of my way just to go back there ..but tonight I didn’t need to be insulted by the female worker there saying she can only give me “free water” when I asked her about the complimentary hummus given to tables around me cause I never knew they did that cause it was only my second time there. I spent just as much money. I wasn’t asking what I can get for “free”. She insinuated with a bad attitude that I just wanted something “free” after I just spent about $40 there. It was only a question about how it worked. Very rude server and customer service, made the whole trip to get food there very unenjoyable and a regret. I wasn’t asking for anything “free” ..I’m more than capable of paying..Even guy manager was nicer and more reasonable than her. She was terrible, and that reflects bad on the business. I like the food, but not worth dealing with terrible rude service like this red haired waitress. If I would go back it’s cause the manager was kind, food was good, and the day shift was not like this woman that ruined my second time there. And no I did not eat or touch the “free” complementary dish she rudely gave me when I said I didn’t want it after she was mad about giving it to me and said it was too late for me to change my mind. Nor did I get the “free” water she tried to ridicule about offering me, cause she didn’t mean it for real obviously. She was so RUDE! ..I haven’t had service this bad in a long time.

Upon entering I knew we had made the right choice. Not an empty seat in the house and a line waiting to be seated. But I was starving, I didn't' want a long wait.
We did not wait long before an entire squad of employees took control of the situation with military precision.
Outdoor dining was open and empty so everyone in line that wanted was immediately seated outdoors. Within two minutes we had menus, place settings and drink orders taken.
Minute three; drinks arrived and food order taken and a few minutes late our meals arrived.
Never have we eaten at such a busy place and been served so quickly and courteously.

Absolutely Outstanding! I thought it was pricey til I saw the portion sizes. My lunch was a 3-day feast. Both presentation of foods and aromas/flavors of the different items make it a very special dining experience. Try the stuffed grape leaves with lemon sauce and lamb pita. This was such a refreshing change from burgers or even steak. Absolutely awesome servers as well. I can't wait until my next opportunity to return. I believe I saw a bar, as well, for the folks who enjoy those. I highly recommend this restaurant for any memorable (and delicious) celebration.

Staff was very friendly and attentive! Food was off the chart and the portions are quite large for the price! Came out very fast as well! Nice beer and wine selection as well! Will definitely be back when on this side of town! Hands down the best gyro me and my wife have ever had and that is one of her favorite things so that's definitely saying something!
