Visited for lunch; first time ever being here. Tried the lettuce wraps as an appetizer.. Very tasty and would definitely suggest. Also ordered the Singapore street noodles & Chang's spicy chicken. Everything had delightful flavors that made the taste buds dance! Staff Very helpful & friendly. Very clean establishment! Would highly recommend giving them a visit. I Will be returning!
This was the first visit in awhile. This visit was a treat, to celebrate my birthday.
We were sat immediately; which, is rare, especially, at lunch time. Our waitress was nice but overall service was slow. We were a small group and saw many larger groups come and go...odd.
Atmosphere was the same.
I was disappointed to learn that there is a new menu (so much, has been removed). Prices vs portion was (way) off. Prices were quite a bit higher since my last visit. Also portions are smaller. Value, flavor quality that I use to enjoy...just didn't seem there for me...not anymore. As this is the only location in Tucson...not sure when/if I'll be back. It was what it was...
I have been coming to this PF Chang's location for at least 10 years and for the first time left wondering why I should go back. The menu has changed and favorites like the Spicy Chicken Noodle soup are gone and replaced with a plain Hot and Sour or Egg Drop. We did enjoy the Salt and Pepper Prawns but the Bulgogi Steak was not tender and a let down. We used to go here for special occasions but now everything is pared down and pedestrian like Pei Wei or A take out place. This seems to be an experiment that I hope management can see is not going to work once all the customers stop coming back.
