Pizza Hut

Yesterday the Pizza Hut app offered an "online only" special,. After numerous failed attempts get the offer via the app and on desktop, I called the Speedway/Kolb location completely frustrated looking for help. Jennifer took my call and was incredibly friendly and understanding. She tried to find the offer in the system and was unable to as it was "online only". Instead of just ending the call with no success, Jennifer offered to give me the special and took my order. I was so impressed by her friendliness, concern for my situation and ability to take charge and make things right! Outstanding customer service Jennifer! Thank you so much!

To be honest, I don't go to pizza hut often. I don't dislike the pizza, I just have other places I normally go.
Anyway, I happened to be craving pizza and I was driving past and thought what the heck. The guy at the counter was really friendly and personable, not something you always see at a fast food joint. Besides that, I got the pizza quickly even though I hadn't ordered ahead. The pizza was good, maybe not great, but what I expect at a chain pizza place. All in all a decent place and I'll go back if I'm jonesing for pizza or wings.
