Pizza Hut

I went to pick up a couple of pizzas and the guy ahead of me picked up my two when ordered one - whatever. When it was all sorted and they realized their mistake they told me it would be a few more minutes but they would remake my pizzas. I was upset and let them know they would have to better than just bringing it to my car. I tried not to be rude, but they could tell I was upset. The manager said she would refund my card which I misunderstood at first and retorted that I came for pizza and didn't want to leave without one. She then explained while still apologizing that she meant she would refund the cost back to the original card while still making the pizza. I had to have my wife call because she used her card and I was picking it up, so the manager returned to making the pizza while I let my wife know she had to call and explained why. End of the story, I received the pizzas I ordered, a bit late but for free.
Before I finish, I want to apologize to the manager and staff if I came across rude. I understand how hard you work and don't want to add to your troubles.

WOW Who would have known a pizza place could be so good. The service was Excellent. Very clean. The chicken Alfredo was Amazing. Will definitely be going back there for lunch more often

It's fine, service is ok. Buffet over at 1pm earlier than at other local pizza hut restaurants
