Amazing food, went to a couple of places in town and this one is by far the best! Lots of flavor in the house beef broth, with lots of spices that taste like 5-spice. Super fresh, great variety and options, and the sauce station is a nice addition (their chili oil is amazing!). Try the sesame balls here as well, they were so good that I ate a whole order on my own (8 mini balls, on top of several little bowls of hotpot). Price isn't bad either, will be back soon!

This place is amazing, the food is great and the staff is lovely. You choose what ingredients you want to get and what base you want and then eat it how you want. You can just dip the food in the pot to cook it a bit, or you can just dump everything in the pot and eat it like a soup. Definitely plan on coming back here many more times.

My partner and I try to go every other weekend if possible! We usually get the tomato broth and curry broth, the tomato is my personal favorite! Their meats, tofu, and vegetables are always nice and fresh and the sauce bar is always ready to go. They are very reasonably priced. The staff is very nice and attentive and make sure your soup stays at a good level and you have all that you need. We absolutely recommend PotWhale!!

The food was excellent and very affordable, is nice to have a local hot pot restaurant.

Unfortunately it was overall fairly unclean, and the bathrooms were pretty disgusting however. It's one thing to not clean a bathroom a day here and there but when most of the bathroom obviously hasn't been cleaned in weeks then it's a little bit gross. Any restaurant should at least have the daily cleaning of bathroom facilities and a weekly or bi-weekly deep clean. I shouldn't be seeing build up of mold and mildew that takes a month to accumulate.

Fantastic authentic Sichuan Hot-Pot! This place is the real deal. Great selection of menu options and everything is top notch. As good as any hot-pot I've ever had in China. This is a perfect place for large groups and couples alike. The prices are really reasonable especially considering the excellent quality. Don't miss it!
