Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Great place for chicken tenders. They come out hot, juicy, and tender. The breading is crispy and not greasy. French fries are average, and the combo comes with buttered toast, which is good. The dining area was not very well kept, the only two top needed to be wiped down.

The staff was friendly, they communicate with each other very well, they took my order quickly and accurately. I got my food within ten minutes, it was hot and fresh. I got the Caniac meal (6 piece) with extra fries instead of the Texas toast. The lemonade was very refreshing and the Cane sauce was delicious.

I really wanted to like this place because I have heard so much about it. Let me start with the positives. The workers were very nice and enthusiastic. The facility is brand new and was bright and spotless. So what was the downside for me? The food. It's just chicken fingers!..they were okay, but, take away the hype and thats what you are left with. I found the music loud and off-putting as well. Too much signage linking the restaurant to tv programs. This place is trying too hard with things that dont matter. Work on a more appealing menu. Its a restaurant!Just one person's opinion.

Okay, so maybe all locations are not the same. I had visited the north side locations, and it was horrible and said never again. My daughter told me about these new locations on Valencia, like night and day. Chiken was fresh and not cold associates are more attentive maybe a little to loud but it's alot if young staff I have young kids so it felt like I was home hearing them talk lol but awesome placeI have dine in like 3 times this week glad my daughter told me to come back and to give Canes another chance. Great job. Keep up the good work.
