Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

The Moist Brisket is incredible! Expertly prepared and very flavorful. We sampled the turkey and jalapeño sausage too and both were very tasty. Rudy’s is fast, efficient, delicious, and reasonably priced. We loved it!

This is my first time eating at Rudy's and it was some really good barbecue. I make a lot of barbecue myself 'StupidGoodAZBBQ' to include many of the meats that they smoke and although I love my own barbecue I also really like Rudy's and will definitely be back. I tried the beef brisket, baby back ribs, and coleslaw and also sampled the brisket moist which was really good, and will have that next time I go. We also had the smoked potato with brisket on top which was also very good. There are some barbecue places around Tucson that are pretty good but Rudy's, even though it's a large Texas chain, has a great atmosphere and this location has some really good food and our service was great as well. I obviously recommend trying it!

Busy place. Had the brisket but was a bit dry should have gone for the moist brisket instead. Service was great this was our first time here and the girl at the counter took her time to explain how the menu works and gave us recommendations. Will definitely try again.

There was a big hype around the place. So we decided to have a girls night dinner here. The vibes were uplifting and fun. Spacious eating areas so you’re not bunched up next to others. The food was good. I got the baby back ribs- they were a little dry. And then as a side I got a corn on the cob. Which was delicious. I would say at least try this place once! We will probably go again to test out other items on the menu!

Everything was so good. Our first visit to a Rudy's and our server/counter person was great. He got us samples and explained how the company works. The food was very good. The portions are big and had a lot of sides. We will be back! We are originally from Kansa City but this was really good even to picky us. 😊 Thank you!
