    It never fails that when I go inside any the shop there's always a long wait to be attended to and I don't understand this because there seems to be quite a few staff people behind the counter... But everyone keeps yelling out, we'll be with you in just a moment'... I have encountered this problem at various Starbucks that I've attended... as a person of color this might be the problem. .. once watched several people come in behind me and get their order as I continue to wait ...

    The drinks were all at least an inch from the top under filled. I just expect at least the ice to be close to touching the lid on a drink. :/

    Went through the drive thru. Was surprised how quickly the line went. Got a pupacino and a mocha. Happy.

    This drive through is one of my faves. The line is never too long and after just a few stops they already know my drink. Yesterday a gal I’ve only seen once remembered I didn’t want a sleeve.
