Teresa's Mosaic Cafe

Chicken topopo salad good. Grilled chicken is done just right. Lovely glass top tables with ceramics and mosaics to look at and beautiful views. Our server was friendly, quick and professional. Homemade tortillas. Need I say more?

This is a good restaurant to bring people visiting Tucson. It's up on a hill, it has interesting architecture and internal furnishings. It's an overall good experience with good food.
The service is a little lacking, but it's not bad. I personally prefer the food made at Mosaic Cafe Dos on La Cholla (I assume they're related) over this location, but there's really no complaining! It's still great food.

Gets packed and can take awhile, larger groups get better service than couples.

They have definitely changed over the years Pre and Post "Throw down with Bobby flay".
The food was better before, but changes happen.

Teresa's has consistently excellent food in a funky atmosphere, where each table itself is a mosaic. The servers are friendly but very professional, which I quite like. The salsa and the tortillas are delicious. We have been there many times and have never had anything less than wonderful. It seems they may have tweaked their menu recently.

If I have one complaint it's that it's too cold -- summer and winter. In summer, the air conditioner blasts through, so take a sweater, and sit closest to the front desk, behind the decorative panel under the vent. And eat lots of delicious salsa.

It's between 3 and 4 stars. Love the feel as soon as you walk in, friendly service and great views of Tucson. The food is typical Mexican food. Not bad but nothing that really keeps me wanting to come back. It's good food just not my favorite here in Tucson
