The Blacktop Grill

If you haven't checked Black Top out, you need to!! The people are amazing, and the food hits the spot everytime. You can't go wrong with the menu, but I recommend the Texan Quesedilla, the Hawaiian dog, and chorizo fries! Super cool to support our neighbors.

Their taco salad is one of the very best. It was so good I did not use the avocado cream dressing. It is a LARGE serving that comes in a bowl with very tasty tortilla chips on the side. Very healthful. We also had the Sonoran Dog and the cheese tacos, which were also very good. The cheese tacos uses a layer of fried cheese folded to make the taco shell. Very low in carbs.

Excellent food and customer service! Will definitely go back again before I leave Tucson. And for sure share pics of the food. My sons and I were too hungry, that I totally forgot.

We had:
1-Chicken Torta chicken breast was moist and bread was grilled with the greens.

2The Mexican street corn with chorizo and sauce and scoop it with home made tortillas

3- Steak Taquitos really good

4- Steak Nachos

This food is the best food I’ve had in Tucson. We had the Chicken torta, the steak nachos and the chicken on cheese and green chili melts (I forget the name). Everything was fresh, perfectly spiced. The green salsa is incredible. Definitely going back to try some of their other options!
