Zinburger

A respectable and well managed establishment. I’ve always had an excellent experience here. The ONE time things weren’t so good was when the new waiter we got forgot to put in our order and we were waiting at our table for over 30 minutes. Management went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary to make things right that time. I continue to recommend this restaurant to friends.

I returned to Zinburger after being out of town for a few years. I must say, it’s not as good as I remember. For one, the fries are in the bottom tier of fries in my opinion. The chicken sandwich was fine, but nothing spectacular. On the positive, the service I received was good where all my questions and concerns were addressed, and I was able to customize the order to my liking. I received extra ketchup when I said I didn’t want any, but that isn’t a big deal

Zinburger is one of my favorite lunch spots and one of the better restaurants on Tucson's east side. The Bruce Lee Burger might be the best hamburger I've ever eaten. The fries and onion rings are crispy, and the milkshakes are decadent. Local beers on tap, indoor-outdoor seating, clean bathrooms, and an energetic waitstaff had to the charm of this neighborhood gem.
