“This is an adorable up scale little restaurant. We had steak and salmon both the main and sides were delicious! If you love ice cream you will not be disappointed...the flavors and the flavor is to die for and although we only received one scoop, it was for a reason...the ice cream is so rich and creamy that it's the perfect serving. My hubby can eat a bowl full of ice cream and he was completely happy, especially with the flavors offered. If you are in the area, definitely stop by.”

There were ample options for plant-based and vegan diners, and the staff was very happy to change items to accommodate dietary needs. Staff was very knowledgable about the food, its preparation, and the sourcing of ingredients, and all seemed to take pride in the dishes. The wine list was very nice, and featured several Arizona selections. A tasting menu is available as well. With advanced notice, they can also offer this with items to meet dietary needs. I think Maynards may now be the #1 fine-dining experience in Tucson.”

“I love this place. My husband and I have made it a new tradition to stay at the hotel for a weekend getaway. The Cup at Hotel Congress is the perfect breakfast spot after a night downtown. My favorite item on the menu is the Cast Iron Eggs and my husband loves the Creole Breakfast. Patio seating is lovely and indoor seating is smaller in terms of space, yet cozy. Food is served in a timely manner and staff is always friendly and wonderful here. The prices are worth every penny and their "Hotel Potatoes" are amazing. This little gem is unlike anywhere else and I hope to come back here for years down the road. Keep it up, Cup. :)”

Their meats a juicy and well cooked. The love sauce is a hearty add to the taste explosion. Take out was easy to phone ahead and pick up. “First time spending the night in Tucson, travelled in from Phoenix. Found this place Friday evening. The entire staff were friendly, greeted us when we came in. Since we're from Phoenix, I decided to ordered a high maintenance drink (typically I don't do that at home) that was super tasty. My hubby ordered the pepperoni pizza, I got the caprese salad. The food was insanely delicious. The next night after eating at a steak house down the street we came back in for another cocktail. Had a few here, again the staff was still on point. It's a friendly place, cool inside and we really enjoyed it.”

“If you are a professional drinker like my friend and I are, the Buffet might just be the ticket. Not only a fantastic dive, but purportedly Tucson's oldest continually-operating. We met some cool guys at the bar, looking like they lived there, who challenged my sculptor friend as to how long he had been in the vicinity. He came in a close second being from Bisbee for over 45 years. Me, just 50 years from Jerome and Cottonwood. Had a blast and will be back.....with Schwarzenegger.”

“Amazing food, went to a couple of places in town and this one is by far the best! Lots of flavor in the house beef broth, with lots of spices that taste like 5-spice. Super fresh, great variety and options, and the sauce station is a nice addition (their chili oil is amazing!). Try the sesame balls here as well, they were so good that I ate a whole order on my own (8 mini balls, on top of several little bowls of hotpot). Price isn't bad either, will be back soon!”

“This was our first time at this restaurant where we visited outside at their seating areas, our group of eight. We weren't too concerned about covid as there was plenty of space between our group and any other group. The food was decent, pub food of course. However the band was very loud even though we sat quite a ways from it it overpowered any conversation one wanted to make while they played. I guess people go to listen to the band rather than to chat. However it's always nice to have background music of any style where one can converse with friends while dining. I would recommend this place if you don't mind having a loud band, especially because they're outside seating is perfect for current situation.”

“Took my son today because he kept asking and asking. I've had Pho before but wasn't in the mood for it today ,so we just got him some and brought it home. The lady at the counter was very nice and professional with a smile. Even though we didn't stay to eat,and the order was only about $11,she treated us very well. Hated to see it empty though. We were the only 2 customers on a Saturday afternoon. Maybe the heat is keeping people indoors. The restaurant was very clean and I commented her on that . We will return to eat there because taking it home and preparing it isn't the same. Highly recommend u stop by and try something different and delicious.”
