Food worth craving. We drove from Green Valley (40 minute drive) to eat here. I was craving the stuffed shells. They really hit the spot. All the cheese was melted on top and the shells were stuffed with ricotta with a giant meatball in the middle of the plate. This is my favorite dish here. My fiance got the chicken parmasean, his usual diah. They split the chicken and covered it with cheese and was melted to perfection. The salads were fresh and tasted good. Our waitress recognized us and knew what we wanted even though we haven't been there in a few months. She was friendly and was happy that we came in to dine there.
We almost got turned away because we didn't make a reservation. They never took reservations in the past and when I called to make sure they were open (the restaurants were just opening up after the Covid-19 lockdown) I couldn't get through because the phone was busy, even though I tried several times. The seating is only at half capacity but they found a table for us anyway. So thankful they did. We would've taken our order to go because the food is always so delicious.

Argenziano's just expanded their delivery area to include our house ( which we really don't have anything that delivers to us) and so we wanted to support our local restaurant. It was amazing!! If you live or ever are out in Corona De Tucson you need to order here. I have a lot of food restrictions ( dairy and egg free) and they made my sandwich to accommodate my needs. My husband even got a whiskey and I got a margarita! Yummy! The pizza was amazing for my husband and kids and I got the chicken, bacon, grill chill sandwich and wow! One of the best sandwiches I had!!

Have had dinner here quite a few times and must say it was always great. The two dishes I enjoy the most are the Linguine w/Red Clam Sauce and the Eggplant Parmesan. I have brought friends in there for meals and they have enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. It reminds me of the local family owned places that were in my neighborhood in Little Italy in Chicago.

Argenziano's is a little off the "eaten" path, located in Corona de Tucson. If you are passing by, you will miss it due to somewhat of a deceitful exterior and poor signage. Even though there is a huge sign, it looks old and worn to the point where it makes one wonder if the restaurant is still in business. These parts of Vail have closed down many businesses including a once thriving golf course next door. Anyhow, once you get passed the outdoor facade, you walk into an old Circle K turned into Italian restaurant. The ambiance is a little better inside with a colorful fresco mural against the far wall, but you have to get passed the somewhat oversized large bar space in order to see it. Once seated, you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming waiting staff. They are quick to take your drink order and return with the refreshments. The menu is not too extensive, but it has plenty to choose from. The chicken wings make you wonder if you truly are in an Italian restaurant, but the pizza confirms it. The spaghetti and ravioli pasta dishes were okay. The salad was the usual, and the rolls...well, they looked very promising when they arrived at the table. See my pictures for their aesthetic beauty. However, when we reached for one, instead of a hot or warm roll that would melt the butter ever so softly, they were a little too firm and cold. Argenziano's is worth a visit, but a few simple tweaks would have me returning time and again. The pizza alone will warrant a second visit, and maybe we will have to try the wings.
