McDonald's

Staffing needs to match the demand a bit better. It's a new location, but already incredibly busy. Many times I come in and the restaurant is packed with to-go orders with too long a wait for fast food. The atmosphere is mostly people waiting for the orders and the kitchen rushing to complete them. I will say the staff there are very hardworking.

McDonald's is McDonald's, right? I suppose but my first visit today was what I expect when I go to a fast food restaurant, not what we all have been given especially lately. From the order, to the payment, to pickup was all excellent! Very friendly staff that I dealt with and the food was not a big mess like it usually is at the Houghton Town Center. I forgot to ask if they gave veterans/military discount but will next time since the Houghton Town Center McDonald's does not.
