Taco Bell

Tried the new Loaded Taco only to find out it also came in a Spicy version. Not a fan. It is called Spicy due to the Jalapenos on it. I came home with them & they were better with sour cream on them.

Went through the drive through, the guy at the window was so kind and very funny. Burrito was very good!

I am a food delivery driver that picks up from here all the time. They almost ALWAYS have the order ready. They are very fast. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Make my job easy.

Picked up lunch for Mom and me, didn't have to wait long at all. Food and service were great!

I noticed they got new ordering machines so you don't have to wait, but the location of them sucks. They put them against this little wall where the line normally waits so it kinda defeats the purpose right?

But that didn't effect me experience, I thought it was great :)

So we go here often. Never too bad they forgot my nachos, it happens. I called and the person i talked to on the phone was nice and made it easy to come back in and get the nachos...even gave me a free drink for the troubles. Everyone was nice. My wife was sitting in the car and sees this lady come out making another employee come out side looking like he was on his break. He looked scared and all the sudden this lady Tina i believe was screaming at him and threatening to hit him while he stood there in front of customers including my kids, Who got scared. I walked outside when it was ending .And my wife explained this to me while my daughter was scared crying. I go in and address this matter to a manger and the same lady comes and screams at me like she did the other guy. You guys need to replace her. She was not professional or safe.
