I love the wings, but service quality for order pick up has gone way down. Today was the second time we ordered pick up and we were missing items again, not only that but fries were placed inside one of my wing orders instead of being separated.
Post Covid Re-opening:
This is a nope from me these days. I've been twice since the re opening of inside dining and I'm unlikely to go back. It's not the worst ever, but with so many other choices this is not going to be in the top 10 for me. It's definitely too pricy for what you get. I had the brisket burger the first visit and the brisket sandwich the second visit. The brisket is *delicious* but the portions are too small.
I had to argue for my own menu both times. The menus are disposable paper but they are treated like gold. When i very clearly stated that i wanted my own menu the waitress insisted i should share- she literally had to get permission to give me a piece of paper.
The menu was printed in black and white on standard printer paper-- It wasn't special or expensive in any way and clearly were just copies from a standard copier , and I had to argue to get it. I understand it's about minimizing waste, but when a customer politely asks for her own menu, and they are on hand, she shouldn't have to negotiate to get one.
The second visit my friend and I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes for the menus-- turns out they now expected us to scan a symbol on a nearby table (not even our own table, we were expected to wander around and look for one) and look at an online menu. Screw that. We received paper menus and two more arguments about it from the waitress. The waitress was good at her job, and the food tasted as yummy as usual. But the small portions, arguments over handing a cheap copy over, and the expectation that we should just randomly walk around to find a scan symbol made me feel like my business wasn't valued. There are so many other good lunch places available that are more relaxed and less rude.
I've only been here a couple time's but it's always been good. Got the Cheese curd bacon burger today. It was delicious. Good service, cold beer, decent prices. The bartender Dillon was very good. Will definitely come back when in Casa Grande.
After we've visited other locations. We're happy to live close and visit the Casa Grande location. Food and service is always great here!
