So the food was great however som members of my family were able to get there coupons redeemed and others wer not and one family member even got the wrong thing they gave him a regular rally burger vs the chicken and big Buford.

now there not honoring the coupons at all I tried to go in and redeem mine just now and the manager said there machines arnt scanning. To me that's false advertisement and very poor service on the owners part not making sure all there machines are working properly before they open there restaurant.

My suggestion is to wait untill next week. The coupons are good untill the 5th so we have time but if there machines arnt working again I'd say 86 the rallys experience because you can go to the many other better burger places we have here in town like sonic.

And I'm not saying don't ever try them if you can afford it they do have reasonable prices and good food but not making sure you have all your machines running is poor management skills and shows that they only cared about the store opening and making money and not carrying that there customers wer able to be served what they want because they had no mango slices for the freezys as well and ice cream machine wasn't running either.

All and all I give it a 7 out of 10 because they were nice about it. But again it's just another burger joint at the end of the day and I'm sure there not going to hurt for business after my review I just thought the people should know before they try to use there coupon or order ice cream lol

First day open i know is tough

-Waited to be answered at the menu
-greeting at menu was okay
-window greeting horrible not only was she taking an order when I pulled to the window she didn’t greet me at the window nor make eye contact no thank you for payment no smile
Waited 10mins to receive my food
Just to get home and order was wrong
-the food smells great frys taste good wish I knew how good the burger was cause now I’m waiting in line to get my right order
I hope the service gets better I know they are probably still training so hopefully theses tip/complaints get better Thank Rally’s for coming to Casa Grande

Not bad... Food was good. They're still working on the service part. Give em a few days to get it together and it'll be solid!

Clean, friendly employees, and very tasty food. Happy to have Rally’s down in CG!
