Always good... fresh sushi... and the people get to know you and your likes. Great service... just gets crowded and its not a big place..
Experiencing many high end sushi restaurants in Los Angeles, Phoenix and surrounding areas, with some that get fresh fish daily or every other day, I am very critical of sushi restaurants but I will make this review as brief as possible. Also considering Casa Grande is a very small and remote city, so sushi is automatically not going to be premium. PROS: Customer Service - Good to great fast and friendly service. Food - Sushi and sushi rolls (the one's I've tried) are very good looking and have a fresh taste. Price - Average to below average pricing. CONS: Customer service - can "sometimes" be bad when their usual server chats too much with the repeat customers which is fine sometimes but not when busy. Hours - they do have odd non-consistent hours but the owners do have some medical issues which explains why. Portions - Their rolls are one of the smallest I've experienced. At other restaurants my wife always gets one roll, this place she always has to get 2 rolls since they are so small. In closing, for special occasions we'll go to Scottsdale or back to our favorite in California for sushi but overall this place is not bad, all things considered.
Delicious sushi and the price is reasonable. This is the best sushi restaurant in Casa Grande. The other places such as Walmart or other small places that sell sushi on the side don't do quality.
Still love going here. The prices are so fair and the fish fresh! It is a small place with only one sushi chef so rush hour is not always the best time to go. That said, chef always makes a very fresh and attractive plate. He confirms and even suggests what is best for his customers. I would eat there at least once a week if my budget would permit!
The food was Incredible! The presentation was on point without being over embellished. The taste of each dish was delectable.
The service was not the greatest and was a longer wait than expected to be seated. Fortunately the sushi chefs were amazing and the food itself made up for the lack of customer service.
