Starbucks

My only complaint and this is for all stores. They cater to mobile orders and drive thru
I've stood in line just to order for over 5 minutes, and then when waiting for my order, I waited 15 minutes just for my refresher. It's very frustrating. This is a thing. A problem in every store.

Starbucks should never be a 45-60 min wait in the drive through or in store. This store needs more help and needs to hire more people to assist with the amount of people coming in. The location is nice and service is great! Please give this location more help!!

Clean and friendly. It takes a bit longer to get my mobile order, but I understand this is because the other location is currently closed for remodel. Before that it was fast. I have no issues with this location. Love the crew here!

Friendly service, beautiful Cafe inside that is quite large, plus a covered patio outside. My first visit just now.

Both bathrooms were unlocked (a plus!) And the washing sinks were in the hallway outside the bathrooms.

It wasn't busy including drive-thru because it's 230pm but service on delivery was a bit slow.

My name wasn't called out when my order was placed in the counter (completed) like the other customers were That last part only matters if there is another person with your name (my name is common) or if you're touching other peoples' drinks to see if is yours.

I like this Cafe and I will be back. It us 100 times nicer and larger than the cafe on Florence Blvd, especially the open easy parking. (Florence staff are more efficient by that parking is kamakazi.)

Side Note: I prefer cafes for several reasons. The store kiosks seem to not give you your points on promos, plus seating and the environment are iffy in Safeway and Frys Marketplace in CG. Frys has an oldee guy that's in there for hours all day everyday, like a vagrant or someone living in their car or a mobile closeby without good a/c or something.

Diana who works drive thru always so nice and smiling at all times. Great customer service has my order remembered !
