Dragon City Chinese Restaurant

Went in to Dragon City a bit hesitant and quickly realized there was no reason to be. Our waitress personable, she knew the menu and was attentive without being overly so. It was open seating and she noticed the table we chose would have put direct sun in one of our eyes, so she offered to let us move to a different table out of the sunlight. I ordered the egg drop soup to start out with and it was perfect. The flavor was good, the temperature was great, and it was the right consistency. Next came our entrees. My mother ordered the honey walnut shrimp and I ordered the steak curry. The shrimp were huge, much to our delight, and the portion could have easily cost us more than double what we paid. My steak curry had just the right amount of spice to make it palatable to everyone. The steamed rice served with each entree was a nice big portion.

The only reasons I am not giving 5 stars:
1. While our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu, when I went to order the steak curry (after she raved about another curry dish) she told me she was not sure how it tasted and that it wasn't a popular item so she couldn't promise me it would be good.
2. The lighting that was offered for the table we ended up at was insufficient once the sun set a little more. Would have been much better with a light directly over the table, rather than the recessed lighting 10ft up.

All in all the food was amazing and the staff were nice. We will definitely be visiting again (but probably to one of the booths with a light directly over the table).

Food was excellent. Disappointed that they don't do any type of salad. Prices were great as well, large portions, and service friendly. My dish could of had just a little more meat. Very fresh and tasty.

The sweet and sour pork is full of pieces of fat. I won't be ordering it again. I hope they trim off the fat for the next customer. This is a great restaurant with tasty Chinese food. Customer service is friendly. Go during the lunch hours for best prices. Love the Egg Drop soup.

Great food, service was odd. Be very direct. If you ask for water they only bring you one at a time.

I absolutely love their food. Every single meal I've ordered is always super flavorful, fresh, and delicious! The portion sizes are massive for a decent price.

If they were close to where I lived, I would eat here for lunch and dinner every day, and that's how good they are.

As for their service, it's sub par, but it's an Asian restaurant so that's nothing out of the ordinary.

I highly suggest this place.
