(August 8, 2019, 10:31 pm)A very nice full service restaurant in Gold Canyon Mountain Brook golf course club house! Full menu except no dessert or soup options. Good coffee. Easy access and parking. Pleasant staff. Recommended.

(June 22, 2019, 11:45 pm)We have been having weekly meetings & lunch at the Prospector for about a month now. The staff is welcoming & the restaurant is very clean, bright & has beautiful views. The food is great & they are very accommodating to needs. We've tried many things on their menu between us all & every one was awesome!
Last week we came for our weekly lunch & they had our table reserved & special treats out for us! Prices are very reasonable. A great overall experience.
