    We have never been disappointed with Birria Copa! My favorite are the gobernador and the quesobirria tacos. Friendly service, clean food truck and reasonable prices. Happy to have this business here in Maricopa!

    Went yesterday for the first time and got their Taco Tuesday special… the food was 🔥🔥 It was so good I had to go back again today and got the Quesabirria tacos… The food and service is top tier!

    If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is it; best in Maricopa. Love the carne asada and al pastor tacos! Quick and friendly service. Definitely will come back.
