Wonderful dinner at Chop, Block, and Brew. The lobster bisque was the best I have ever had. I was able to order the prime rib without the Smokey flavor and it was cooked to perfection and very tender. My partner’s salmon was also delicious. Great attention to detail and wonderful service

We came here for mine and my grandfather’s birthday and had a pleasant experience. Our server was super nice and helped explain the menu for us. It was quite busy so I recommend making a reservation before hand so you don’t have to wait. I got the New York strip with a small bowl of chili. It exceeded all expectations I had.

We decided to try this restaurant Saturday evening for the first time for a nice dinner, celebrating our wedding anniversary. We ordered the large prime rib dinner to share, but were not aware that they "Smoke" their prime rib, so upon receiving our dinner, we could smell the smoke flavoring, which was very strong and asked our waiter, who in turn told us that it was the regular flavor and also asked the chef as well, who confirmed it was the regular, but we know a smoke flavor when we eat it and it smelled/tasted awful. So finally, they gave us a new cut of "regular" flavor prime rib, which was not very tasty, very grizzly and tough to eat, but we had already lost our appetite by then, so they gave us a small bowl of ice cream on the house. So not sure if we will return to this restaurant, it was pricey, but we expected much better quality of food than what we received. We have eaten at their buffet many times and the prime rib served there is much better.

Gabriella was great, salad was iced cold, food was perfect but the condiments were extremely salty! ... be back soon! Great job
