Say Sushi

Best sushi in town. Always fresh and delicious. I wish they had a bigger place, but other than that, theyre one of my faves in town.

They are keeping it very clean. Bleaching table tops and menus. I ordered over $200 of sashimi and sushi rolls. Everything was fantastic except for the octopus sashimi. It had a bit of a fishy taste that would occur if stored with overly ripe fish. Yellow tail salmon and the tuna was fantastic. They do not have blue fin of any kind. Green tea hot and cold where great.

Pretty good variety of rolls, fish is fresh, maybe not the highest quality. The baked rolls were very good and the monkey balls were awesome.

First off, the chefs are incredibly talented ,the sushi I ordered were the Vegas Roll (1st pic) nicely crunch and warm , good flavor and filling and the Tootsie roll (2nd pic) was indeed crunchy with the panko ontop, the hidden shrimps on the end of the rolls was the best part each one was delicious and well prepared, each one BEFORE happy hour each roll was about 7 dollars and something odd cents. Being that it was my first time there I'll definitely go back, just for the sushi ?? oh! Highly recommend going on their happy hour specials from 4-7 PM Only thing that keeps me from doing a full 5 star are how inconvenienced the waitresses seemed to be when they got customers, now probably wasn't the BEST of days but it certainly did catch my attention.
