Barro's Pizza

Pizza is very good for the price. We do not always get what we ordered...but they get us a replacement very quickly. Employees are great.

When ordering online we some how accidentally ordered our pizza without cheese. I legitimately do not know how it happened. But the manager was really kind to my husband when he called about it. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you for fixing OUR mistake. That is remarkable customer service.

I've ordered from here several times. After we moved to the neighborhood in April we received a coupon for a complimentary pizza. My husband and I thought that was pretty cool. Seems like nothing is truly free anymore. The gesture was not lost on me and I enjoyed the pizza.

We've ordered several times since then. It's nice to have a pizza place so close! Given that even the grocery store is a bit of a drive.

Food has been great. Always on time. Drivers are nice (even in 100 degree weather. When I'm ordering because I don't want to get in the car myself. Don't forget to tip your driver! We're all neighbors after all.) I'm impressed by this Barro's. I don't feel the need to find other options.

Barro's Pizza i have to say its really really Delicious. The prices are good and they offer a really good lunch special by the Slice. They also offer plenty of bear selection(tap) . Wings have plenty of flavors to choose from and also sides to go with your meal. The restaurant even has as section were children can play and you can eat. My only concerned is that the children section looked a little dirty and toys were really dirty the day i came. The restrooms were clean and service was OK. The pizza we got was with veggies and meats and it tasted extremely good, the cheese mix and dough is delicious. My only disappointment was the customer service, NO smiles, No thank you. The people who worked that particular shift just seemed to lack any type of personality. A smile and a thank you goes a long way. Coming back to check if our food is good ... except that did not happen that day (it was a slow day) . I will come back and try again and hope the experience is better. overall i think this place is great.

I’m originally from NY and this is the ONLY local place where I can get wings that taste like home. The staff are always very friendly and the customer service is great. I always order my wings extra crispy and they are the only place that not only does them right, but doesn’t give me guff for ordering them extra crispy. I would give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the unfortunate size of the restaurant. On a busy day with tourists in town there is no place to sit inside with the cold weather when the restaurant gets busy, and there is limited outdoor seating. If the owner were to add bigger tables outside or more outdoor seating options this would definitely be a 5 star place in my opinion
