Starbucks

I'm so lost at what happened with Starbucks. I loved it before but my drinks were just not up to par. Like cold brew. It tasted so off. The hours open were minimal and most of the time it was drive through only which meant a forever wait. I never thought I'd say it but dutch bros. Has it. The flavor and consistency. Starbucks employees have always been amazing but if the quality is gone I can't waste money. Especially when there's 100 other coffee shops.

This is my local Starbucks and it's been a crazy time for them to say the least! They always have a smile and kind things to say no matter how busy they are! Great work SB team!

Andrew Charles I for one completely understand that in todays world that there is a lot going on and things happen. I believe Starbucks is accepting applications, and could really benefit from great customer service that you might be able to provide or leadership you might bring to the table. I visit here frequently and love the staff as they are very welcoming and go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience! Hey things happen and you all keep doing a great job! Can’t wait to visit other peoples jobs and critique their performance and productivity, as well as post publicly about it!! Love Starbucks and this store!!

Tabitha Pitts Starbucks is accepting applications now if you would like to make a difference! Also I believe that straws are a 3rd party vendor thing who might also might be accepting applications! My drinks are made well and I have never waited 45 minutes for a drink at Starbucks, and in order to make the customers in line feel serviced they shut down certain operations to minimize the supposed 45 minute wait for those customers in drive thru or lobby. Keep doing you Starbucks love this location!!!!! PS would love to know where you work so we can review your abilities and and operational effectiveness!! I really like this Starbucks location. They have electrical outlets in multiple places; chair or cushioned bench seating; feeling of openness with kids of windows; and patient, quick staff. I would only say, like all locations, they need to stay on top of emptying the trash and washing tables when patrons leave. That would give them a 5 star rating. Overall,, this is my favorite location to work from!
