(July 9, 2020, 3:23 am)We haven't been out to a restaurant in forever. So happy we ended up at Elvira's! Service and the food were excellent! We sat outside on the back patio. Although we were alone out there, we had a wonderful restaurant experience. The margherita wasn't as good as mine, but I loved that someone else besides me made it!

The decor is very cool and the bar/drink selection incredible (+100 Tequila options), and food is quite good. That said, it’s expensive. Our super simple lunch for two (basic choices and soft drinks) were $50 w/tip included. The best entrees and real drinks would have been close to $100 for lunch for 2. Seems high to me, but I guess you have to pay for eating at the coolest place in Tubac AZ.
