Up In Smoke Bar-B-Que

I had lunch here in Chino Valley.

First, I want to say how accommodating and friendly…what nice people they are!… they’re checking in on you…hoping you like what they made ….you could say they really put their heart into this business and show great care. I really appreciated that.

I got the beef brisket with a roll and the jalapeño coleslaw along with a side salad with a blue cheese dressing ….this was no bottled blue cheese dressing …it was absolutely wonderful and the gal says she makes it fresh every day and you could certainly tell .
The beef brisket was cooked to perfection, and the rolls they served along with it were warm and soft….really wonderful. The barbecue sauce on the table was the sweet heat that I love! Great job folks! Thanks!

I went into up in smoke bar-b-que and when I tell you the amazing smell just hits you before you can get through the door. If that wasn’t already a huge seller, I was helped by an AMAZING employee -jazmin-
I let her know it was my first time and when I tell you this girl solllldddd the menu she made everything sound amazing and was very thorough on explain side and meats and the whole thing! 10/10 definitely recommend the food is amazing the staff is amazing. Chino valley definitely needed them!!

All I needed was one bit of my wife's burger. Had to drive back to their place and let them know how good it was. Excellent service and food. Will be stopping in more. Thanks again.

This place is only 15 minutes from the constellation trails and the best post ride meal! Brisket, pulled pork and sides are all super tasty and full of flavor! Give them a try!
