The lady is ½ owner and she's the sweetest abuelita in the world! She makes the rice and beans from scratch! Handmade. The tortillas are also handmade and so delicious! We don't eat meat and she made special meatless fajitas with carrots and barely any oil! Just for us! And still amazingly flavorful. So awesome

Mineros is a 10/5 type of restaurant and experience! The owner went above and beyond to take care of us and the food was unmatched. Only place I’ve ever tried Mexican sushi, and it’s definitely a must try when in the area. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Two girls from Connecticut…. Enchiladas absolutely delicious.. I’m from Santa Fe,NM the best enchiladas.. Mineros is a 10/10..so it reminded me of Santa Fe .

Great tasting food and very reasonably priced. Had a great experience with the whole family. Kids enjoyed the playground. Lady there is very nice attentive and funny made us feel right at home.

Totally loved our experience tonight. The lovely lady working there is by far your best asset. Hub's loved their house margarita.. Which he said was the best he's had in awhile. Both that and my daiquiri were super well balanced. Food was good. Service excellent. My only cons. A-Knowing Cajuns pretty well.. I'd say the hybrid of Cajun/Mexican is pretty unusual and given the mark ups on the boils. Wasn't working for me. B-Prices online have been marked up at the restaurant.
