Haunted Hamburger

Great food, fantastic staff Ashley.
We had dinner tonight and loved it. After, my wife realized she lost her earring. Ashley (I believe a manager) when above and beyond to try and help. It is people like this that make businesses great. Awesome find Haunted Hamburger. Having people like her is what makes your business so great!

Always good food!!! Might need to wait in line, but it's worth the wait. My advice, get there early and be prepared to wait. Very busy place. Good cooks. Good servers. Great view overlooking amazing landscape! Everyone in our party of 5 was pleased with our experience.

The Haunted Hamburger is a must eat at place if you go to Jerome. It has great ambience, excellent views of Cottonwood and the surrounding area, great food, and great service. This is an informal restaurant and a great place to take the family. Be prepared; the restaurant is popular and can sometimes have wait times up to 2+ hours depending on when you get there. They have a small gift shop where you can buy cool T-Shirts or hats. My personal favorite dishes are their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and the Haunted Hamburger. If you like milkshakes, they have fantastic milkshakes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My friends and I had a nice experience at the Haunted Hamburger. It was well worth the 65 minute wait. We explored the local shops during that time, so it wasn't a big deal.

The service was outstanding - specifically service from our waitress, Heather.

My girlfriend noticed her burger was too rare for her. We let Heather know about the issue. Heather said she remembered specifically telling the cook to make the burger "as well done as possible". Though it wasn't Heather's fault, and she was clearly busy juggling several tables in our area, she apologized and took the time to correct the order within just a few minutes. She also compensated us for the botched order. Such a minor thing could not have been handled better, and it was commendable.

Other notable points: the outdoor view was picturesque, and the chili burger and fries I had were delicious(I cleared my plate).

My small piece of advice: put your name and number down early before you explore the town.

I've been here several times now when visiting and have been very impressed every time. Food quality and creativity is to notch. Burgers are juicy and cooked correctly every time. Sides are all very good, especially the and fried artichoke hearts, my personal favorite. Full-bar cocktails are very good, and service is excellent every time I come. Highly recommended if you're visiting Jerome, and bonus is it's the restaurant open latest in the town closing at 9pm. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
