    The BK on Hwy 69 in Prescott is going further downhill. We went there at approximately 1:00 on Saturday 11/25, as in the past, this location caters to drive thru customers. The counter staff did twice tell us that he would be right with us, but after 6 minutes of no service, we left along with a gentleman that was in line behind us. We also told 3 customers that were going in, the problem with service, and they left too. The manager at this location should be replaced and the staff instructed on the meaning of "fast food".
    Went back for 1st time in months. It had improved. Could be cleanser, and faster for inside patrons, but am improvement was noticed

    Food and service was great. The exterior looks bad. Entry very dirty. Weeds very big looks very unkept.
