Wow... incredible. By far the best brisket I've had in the area and maybe anywhere. I also had the smoked mac and cheese and that was just as good. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich was excellent as well. We also got butter garlic fries. They were the only disappointment. The flavor was great but I've never been a fan of shoe string fries and they were incredibly greasy. Considering they were covered in butter, that should be expected but I didn't realize my wife ordered butter garlic. Maybe a little less butter would be great. We won't order those fries again but we'll definitely be back.

First thing first. You can never get a second first impression. 25 minutes in line just to order because they have one person taking the orders, working the phone in orders, and bagging take out orders. All the while, the line is out the door and the manager just walking around aimlessly with a clip board in his hand. He only stopped to help long enough to help with the “cute” girls when they came up, he took their order then walked away, while the line is still out the door. So, service is lacking to say the least.

Now the food is good. Portions were good. Flavor is on point. Having owned a couple BBQ restaurants, I found the food enjoyable.

I would just recommend take out.

We were there with my daughter and her husband and baby girl and my husband. Everybody loved their food one person had ribs , 3 people had hamburgers. And loved every bit of it. I'm the more finicky one I did not care for the fish and chips the coleslaw. It does doubts that the restaurant is a barbecue place and I did not order a barbecue meal. But I wished I had. Ambiance was cute no speckled chairs of a cow. That you walk in place your order and call your number and you go up and get it. It's relaxed

Everything about Colts BBQ is amazing. Great services food is always delicious and smokes to perfection. The bark on the brisket is incredible. My honey and I come 2-3 times a month and it’s consistently amazing. Tonight the new manager asked us questions about how my husband liked their changes to their French fries.
So happy we don’t have to drive to Luckys in Dewey.

They do not over do the smoke on the meat and they have a huge array of sauces to choose from.
