Domino's Pizza

AWESOME AS ALWAYS BUT PUT THE FETA ON THE PIZZA AFTER ITS OUT OF THE OVEN SO IT STAYS SOFT AND NOT BURN THANKS💘

Hey, it's domino's pizza. But this one is consistently excellently excellent. We always ordered the thin crust, it's always perfectly cooked never done too much or sloppy in the center. The folks inside are nice, just wish the app would allow us to put our tip on when we pay rather than having to deal with it when we get there. Order from here and you won't be disappointed.

We picked up pizza for the Superbowl game today. We ordered online and picked up the pizza 30 minutes later. Domino's has a coupon for $5.99 mix and match deal that we took advantage of. The restaurant employees were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pizza too!

Staff was fine and the order was quick. Quality is right on par with fast food pizza. Not as good as Papa Murphy's but better then Little Caesars.

We used the app to order 2 pizzas. I selected to put extra cheese on one of the pizzas, but then removed it when I saw I was being charged a couple dollars extra. Unbeknownst to me, the app reverted to no cheese. When I got home, I was very surprised to find that one of my pizzas had no cheese on it at all! The 2nd pizza was very skimpy on the sauce and cheese and both pizzas were severely undercooked (nothing like the delicious pizzas we enjoyed at the Prescott store a few miles away). My husband drove back to the store and asked them to help him out. They refused saying that they could not cover the costs of a corporate mistake as they are just a franchise. Pretty angry about it! They just lost some good customers. We will be driving to the Prescott store from now on instead of the Prescott Valley store.

Update* After posting this review and contacting corporate, the manager of the store called and was apologetic. He said he is training new staff who handled this problem incorrectly. He tried to make things right. We'll give them another try.

2nd Update* Have eaten their food many times now, and they don't often make mistakes. Pizza is usually pretty good for a good price and I love the online tracker that lets you see when they start and finish making your food.
