Great staff. Good fast food options.

The girl working the counter today around 1 is amazing she has excellent customer service skills. It is honestly so rare to encounter employees like this anymore. She was friendly, happy and seemed like she liked her job and cared about her customers.

The drive thru was incredibly busy and one person and a food delivery driver were waiting inside. We opted to go in and were politely told it would be a few minutes while they caught up. The person at the register was very apologetic and so friendly it didn't matter that we had to wait. Disappointed the potato cakes are gone. Really liked the Bronco Berry sauce. Can't beat the classic roast beef sandwich.

Today was the day I tried the new Country Pork Rib Sandwich. I’m glad I did because it was delicious! But the best part of my visit was the customer service. I used the drive-thru and had my Labrador Retriever in the front passenger seat. As I got my order the Arby’s employee asked if my dog would like a treat. I was pleasantly surprised when I was handed a container of warn roast beef for my lab. She was very happy as she ate slice after slice! What wonderful customer service. My dog was happy but it put a real smile on my face. I’ve told a dozen folks about this wonderful experience at Arby’s (store #5055). The manager, Emily, had her whole crew watch as my dog enjoyed her treat. This experience was good for all of us - the customer, the employees, my dog and all the people who heard about my great experience! Well done Arby’s!
