(March 14, 2022, 11:26 pm)We stayed at the connected hotel and enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro. We were the second people in the door so we did get to sit down immediately. We ordered eggs Benedict and an omelette along with mimosas and enjoyed every bite!

(March 1, 2022, 5:37 pm)We recently visited Prescott AZ and cannot say enough about Bistro St. Michael!! We both had the Brisket Benedict and it was beyond AMAZING!!! The brisket literally melted in your mouth and the flavor combination of the brisket with the grilled poblanos, avocados, and poached eggs, topped with a "just the right amount of spice" southwest hollandaise was DELICIOUS!! Not sure that word adequately describes this dish. BEST BREAKFAST EVER!! Our waitress, along with the manager and the entire wait staff, were warm, friendly and incredibly accommodating. The bistro itself is cozy and inviting. We will be back!!
