    amazing food and quick service. They are always so busy but they work hard. I think most of the employees I have encountered here are very courteous and amazing. One employee stands out above the rest. This young mans name is Liam and he was very respectful and courteous and has a bright future ahead of him no matter what he chooses to do. If management is reading this I would make sure you try to keep him around. Thanks Liam

    It was great customer service at the register and on the floor. Derek was walking around helping customers and had a great smile and attitude. I also would like to give a shout out to Ash GL and Alana Bo. Great customer service.

    Always 5 stars the best ever. Service everything is great. My favorite burger.

    I have always loved in and out. My experience tonight however was unique and unconventional in a positive way. I had the great fortunate to be served by Philip. There was an extremely long line all the way out the front doors, and Philip did not forget the importance of customer service and professionalism during this rush. He welcomed me with one of the warmest smiles I have ever received in the service industry. He then asked me how my night was going and was genuinely interested. When I got the food he remembered our last conversation!
