Mac's Hot Dogs and Gyros

Mac's Dogs offers simple, yet expertly prepared food. I tried their Chicago dog and it was a perfect rendition of this classic favorite. The fries were exceptional as well—just really good fries. I would gladly enjoy their offerings any day of the week. Mac's Dogs also caters to those with dietary restrictions. My mom tried their vegan dog and found it to be perfect for her, especially since she can't eat beef without it causing stomach issues. This option allowed her to enjoy a tasty meal without any discomfort.Solid 10/10 recommendation!

Finally a REAL Chicago dog in this town, steamed casing Vienna, nuclear green relish, sport peppers, celery salt, and poppy seed bun!! The way it's supposed to be done...NO KETCHUP!!! The gyro was bomb as well.

Had a chance to try one of the Chicago dogs. Been loving dogs for 70 years all over the USA including NYC and Chicago and LA and many points in between. Mac serves one of the best I’ve ever had. The bun is fresh and proper with poppy seeds, the dog snaps with a perfect casing and size to compliment the pickles, spices, fresh tomatoes etc. I would drive out of my way to get one and can’t wait to try his other food like Gyros, fries, rings etc.

Great food!! The fries are amazing and my dad who is from Chicago said they are ver authentic! The hot dogs are delicious and authentic too!
