Rosa's Pizzeria (Prescott)

Looking for great food then look no where else,the only fall back is the service when they get busy and you have a group.
We went there early on a Saturday and even though we got seated right away the waiter was to busy to even check on us.

I have to go get him to have him take more drink orders and then ask a bus boy for utensils as well as ask another waiter for the check

I am not saying that they are like that always because they are normally very good just not on the day we went there

The menu looked great and the staff was attentive. A table was ready immediately before the dinner rush. The food was served pretty quick considering the restaurant looked full. I saw staff busily serving and helping one another. Our server thought we had a long wait for food and apologized, but it didn’t seem long to us. The stars are for them. The chicken Marsala was different and a bit spicy. It had gluten-free pasta that I didn’t each much of. The sauce was similar to a gravy and had white specks with a few pieces of parsley. I couldn’t find any onion in it. The chicken tasted good. I left hungry but appreciate the restaurant having gluten-free options.

The food is phenomenal every time we come here however there is one waiter who seems to throw customer service out the window every time he waits on us. Upon arriving for a birthday lunch, we waited by the seats for about 4 minutes before he said "Stand right there and I'll get to you." We waited about 4 more minutes before he counted heads, grabbed menus, and walked to the table without saying a word. He didn't get new appetizer plates for us and the plates on the table were dirty and had some food still on them. He asked "What do you want to drink?" Then took our drink orders. When he returned he brought one extra drink and when we told him we didn't order it he just said "Just take it." And fortunately he didn't charge us for it. In order to differentiate the Pepsi from the Dr. Pepper, he stuck his nose about half and inch from the drinks and sniffed them. He passed out the drinks and then said "You guys ready?" And took our order. We asked another waiter for new plates, he returned and inspected the plates while also continuously looking back at us. He kept the dirty plate on the table and switched out two plates. When he returned to check on us after we got our food, he asked, "You guys good?" And when we said yes he then asked "You sure?". Not to mention when he saw a large group of people walk in he shook his head after glaring at them all. This is the same guy that tried to talk us out of buying the garlic knots last visit because "It won't go good with the food you're ordering." Through our meal he never offered us refills either. He never introduced himself so we had to pull his name from the receipt. The waiters name was Robert H.

GREAT PLACE WONDERFUL FOOD AND GOOD PLACE TO EAT IN ALSO. I EAT LUNCH AND DINNER THERE AND ALSO GET TAKE OUT AT TIMES. GOTTA TRY IT YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERY THING ON MENU NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

From 1 to 5!!! Had to rewrite review. I would eat any pizza on the menu on any day. The food here is beyond delicious. Thank you for being the #1 largest most delicious pizza in Prescott. 👏 👏 👏 👏
