Vespa Healthy Italian Cafe

What a great find! Dog friendly cafe that is offering vegan - organic food, tonic coffees - espresso, teas, wine etc The staff is into the alchemy of food and their motto is "food is our love language". Lots of outdoor seating in the front with shade and sun options. I had my first goat milk cappuccino and a phenomenal tasting avocado flat bread with an incredibly great tasting infused olive oil ,,, Bellissimo! The owner and staff love engaging and sharing the alchemy of their creations. Organic may cost a little more but when you understand nutrient density / energy (love) in alchemy with your body, you will move that way every time.

My father left a review. Food was absolutely amazing! Price was pretty high but it was definitely a really good experience. I did not pay a thing so it was great for me! Filled me up alright after hiking all day. My father did not hike the entire time and still was not full. Could have definitely eaten more. Manager was super welcoming, such a nice guy! My father is not happy.
Update: My father disowned me and changed his name. I am now out of the will. I cannot afford to eat here now. I'm sorry.

SPECTACULAR!!
Simply can't say enough about the SERVICE and FOOD. Visited on March 23rd for a quick bite with family from Indiana and Florida. As we walked in, we received a warm welcome from the individuals behind the counter. (Turned out one was the owner of the establishment.) They were very pleasant and helpful as we did not know what we wanted to order. Our food was prepared fresh, served rather quickly and was delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will definitely return!!!

This place has the best pizza in town. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Happy we stopped in for a bite. Thank you for having a fun place to hangout. Five-star experience!

So.. driving through the USA on a road-trip there is (was) only one thing I was missing: good coffee. European style or better Italian style. On my way to my hotel in Sedona Arizona I saw a sign: Italian Cafe. I parked, went in and there it was: the pot of gold.. the best, by far! You made my holiday even more complete!
