Dirty South BBQ House

Worth the drive! This is the perfect off the beaten path destination. I still cant believe that i had the place to myself! The 1/2 pound of pulled pork was melt in your mouth savory goodness, the fried okra delicately battered and lovingly fried, and Mexican mango soda a perfect accompaniment. If you're a rock hound, chef Robert might even let you in on some of his secret places. There's a gorgeous courtyard here too. Make the trip!!!!!

Went there today with friends. I had the 3 bone rib plate, there was so much meat on them and they were tender and juicy. The beans and potato salad were yummy. It's a nice short drive out of the city and well worth it. They even have milk shakes and date shakes!!

Hands down, best barbecue this side of the Mississippi. Atmosphere is amazing, the shakes are so creamy and perfect. And I love whenever they have the Dixie burger and or those amazing fall off the bone bison ribs., with that rib sauce they make in house, there is nothing like it. Would definitely visit again

Got the brisket sandwich plate with coleslaw and baked beans. The brisket was melt in your mouth and the beans were amazing! Beans got all the "S's" Spicy, sweet, smoke. Can't wait to try more meat options! And what a cool building! Nice staff. Clean.

First visit. I ordered the half-pound brisket. To include sides, you have to pay extra. I enjoyed my meals here; they serve some delicious Southern sides. Outdoor seating is available with live soothing country music. So if you're in the area and would like to have some good food, stop by and see the good folks at this BBQ place.
