Kibbs BBQ

I had the pleasure of noticing this place on my way through town today. I had to cross double lanes of traffic to get pulled into this place.

The dining room is currently closed off, maybe staffing issues or something else. So be prepared to get it to go. Walk up to the window to place the order, I did notice that they offer call in orders as well.

I took the pork sandwich with coleslaw, and I was offered different flavors for the barbecue sauce. I obviously went with the hot space. Great choice!!! It had a good flavor and even left my mouth with heat a few miles down the road after my sandwich was gone. I may try a mild one next time I'm driving through, just to see if I can enjoy more flavors from the sauce.

I also ordered a tasty beverage with my meal. I did use a card to pay, which I recall being about a dollar more to use a card. So cash is king, save that money if you can!!

They did have a larger menu than what I ordered. I was driving and unable to try the ribs or the tips. I look forward to giving other items a try on the menu.

True the services were not that fast but she was nice enough and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. The beef sandwich was well done like I like it and was smoked very nicely if you get the hot sandwich beware it's really really hot. It's almost burn your lips off hot but the flavor was still good enough to come through. A bit pricey at 9.60 a sandwich but not many options on this route 4.5 stars 😁

Amazing bbq sandwiches and they don’t play around w that hot bbq sauce. I love it. Service was questionable, though. I asked how are you doing before ordering w no response & asked again to be met with a reply of “I heard you”. But personally, I’ll accept amazing food with harsh service.

The large end dinner was absolutely delicious, ribs were meaty. We loved the baked beans and slaw. I would recommend this place to the late nighters because based on the reviews it's a matter of time of day that you go. Thank you for being open to feed us truckers. 2 thumbs up from my hubby and I. We're big on the Q back home in the Lou, Saint Louis, MO that is.

Tried two different sandwiches here. A bbq beef and a fried bologna. Both were actually pretty good. What was different was that I finally tried the hot bbq sauce. I will admit that I didn't think Arkansas could have a really hot bbq sauce. I was wrong, but it didn't take away from the flavor of the sandwich. Just have a drink handy. I'll stick with the regular sauce from now on.
