Beech St. Bistro

Would recommend the shrimp poor-boy and the gator nachos. The half portions are huge. Make sure to walk around and check out the wall art.

Found this gem on our way home from El Dorado the other day. Jeremy, the chef and GM, made it a point to treat my husband and I like honored guests. I had never had alligator meat before; so, of course, I had to try the alligator nachos. They were fantastic! We tried a few dishes and everything was absolutely delicious! The food is wonderful and the decor very tasteful and unique, but I think Jeremy's natural way with people along with his skills as a chef puts Beech Street Bistro in a class all it's own. We will definitely be going back as soon as the opportunity presents itself.

Its a cool place...rustic, greeted at the door, prompt friendly service. I had lunch...Alligator Nachos...beautiful plating, great textures. It has house made nachos, which took up most of the bowl, although there were plenty gator bites.
It was very good but a bit too salty for me.
