Lake Norfork Resort

Friendly staff. Beautiful lake view. Our king room (414) was spacious and comfortable. The only negative would be... 1/2 our room was wide open, empty. It desperately needs a couch or a couple of chairs. And something other than the floor to set our luggage on. Other than that - nice place. We'd stay here again.👍🏻

Great location pool hotel clean facilities
All though the room was newly renovated I was so disappointed in the old hard reused mattress I expected better. Definitely not a good night's sleep super uncomfortable. The bathtub was old not replaced in the renovation the hardware was dirty stained cigarette burns on the tub

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much! The rooms are newly renovated and are very nice! The view is unbeatable and the pool and hot tub were warm and clean!! Undoubtedly the best part of the stay was the customer service! The lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating!! We are planning to stay again in a couple of months! The free breakfast was a hit too, with all day coffee!! Very pleased!

The rooms were very clean, just a little on the small side. The front desk clerk that checked us in was extremely nice! The pool and hot tub area were nice! And the manager was extremely friendly upon checkout.

We stayed some of the week between Christmas and new year's eve and had a lovely time! The people there clearly value customer service and every person I met at the reception area went above and beyond and was so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and the pool and hot tub were great! The only downside was that everything in that area seems to close in winter (obviously not the hotel's fault), but Christine at the front desk said they are working with local businesses to add fun activities for families. It is a VERY family friendly place. We just loved our stay.
