    Young lady at counter was so warm and welcoming. Felt like I was being treated like family. She recommended the brisket sandwich which was amazing. Wish Arby's would build a restaurant in Cherokee Village.

    The Reuben ranks as one of the best in the area. A great change from burgers.

    I got my order to go, had to ask for ice from the cashier behind counter. The fries were good but the roast beef sandwich was barely warm. I was going to turn around and complain that day but I was running late so i didn't. I usually don't have issues with this restaurant. May have been an bad day for the crew..
