Chicken Salad Chick

Brand new Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Bentonville. Great location off the main road at the end of a strip mall. This location has a drive thru and a very nice covered, lighted patio out front. They have completely redone the inside (it used to be Smash Burger, I think), and it's very spacious, bright, and cozy. All the staff was very kind but counter service was extremely slow. There was a line and only one person taking orders, but the manager did eventually come out and bag togo orders and greet guests. The food was delicious as always. I got a chicken salad crossiant. I do wish they had more toppings for sandwiches like onions, pickle slices, olives, and condiments. They come with lettuce and tomato only and can sometimes be dry. We also got soup (my kids love the potato soup), broccoli salad, and pasta salad. They are all highly recommended along with the grape salad! I will be back for sure!

Great food! So happy to have a great new choice for lunch. We were there before official grand opening and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Unexpected goodness!
I’ve tried Chicken Salad Chicks at a friends and really liked it. When it opened up near me, I couldn’t wait to check it out. I had never been in one and I have to say…. Loved it. Place is super quaint, but the service was what impressed me.
And, that cake! So yummy.
I ordered for my partner and I, scoops of Lauryn’s Lemon Basil and Kickin’ Kay Lynne w/croissant and of course the white chocolate cake. It was plenty for us both. Can’t wait to dine in and try other flavors. They also have a drive thru!

Love it! We moved from Texas, and Chicken Salad Chick was a frequent stop. We were so excited when this one came in. The food is delicious and the staff is so nice! Definitely recommend stopping in!

I like the Classic Carol, and my husband likes the Cranberry Kelli. You really can't go wrong with anything here. So good
