If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican breakfast taco, then you’ll have to keep looking. However, don’t let that stop you! Early Bird sports a fantastic country/Texas styled breakfast taco! I got the sausage (which might be the most flavorful sausage I’ve had in a long time) and chorizo. Plenty filling, and plenty of flavor! The tomatillo salsa albeit lacking spice, is tangy and delicious.
Will definitely be coming back here often! I see lots of Saturday morning wins here! -
