    One of my favorite ice cream places in Rogers, though I usually get a concrete over soft serve.
    There can be quite a line sometimes but it moves relatively fast and the ice cream is way worth it I promise.

    Absolutely love this place! Great quality products, excellent service & amazing portions. The app is easy to use as well, recommend anytime. First time trying the Apple Pie Concrete & it's an A+ !! Another favorite is vanilla with caramel.

    Such a great experience at Andy’s. I parked and walked up to the window and was greeted with a smile. I didn’t wait long for my order and and it was tasty. Good choice!!!

    We had a party of 5 and each ordered something different! Vanilla cone, root beer float, Chocolate concrete, Key Lime concrete & vanilla chocolate waffle cone. All were delicious! It was quite warm out still tonight and all the bright lights attracted a ton of bugs but that was to be expected and we still enjoyed ourselves. Great service, super fast!
